Common questions
Do I pay when I sign up?
No. You get a free 14-day trial with every feature, and no credit card is required. During the trial you can send albums to real clients and try the whole workflow before you decide.
Will I be charged automatically when the trial ends?
No. Since you don’t enter a card when signing up, the trial simply ends after 14 days. You only pay when you choose a paid plan yourself.
Do my clients have to pay?
No. Clients view albums, pick photos and leave feedback for free, without creating an account or installing an app. Only the studio using Wedify pays.
Is the number of albums limited?
No. Every plan includes unlimited albums. What differs between plans is total storage, the number of team members and the studio management tools.
Can I switch plans?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time, for example during wedding season when you need more storage or when your studio grows.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Cancel renewal whenever you like, and your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for. You won’t be charged for the next period.
What do I get with yearly billing?
With yearly billing you pay for 10 months and use Wedify for 12, saving 2 months compared with paying monthly. It is a good choice once you know you will use Wedify for the long term.
Which plan should I choose?
If you work alone, Starter has every tool you need to send albums and proof with clients. If you also manage clients, contracts and payments, choose Pro. Studios with several crews should choose Studio or Business. You can always start small and upgrade later.
