Terms of Service
Effective October 31, 2026
This is a translation. The Vietnamese version is the original and prevails in case of any difference.
These terms are an agreement between you and [TĂN CĂNG TY / COMPANY NAME] (âWedifyâ, âweâ) about your use of the Wedify app, website, galleries and related services (together, the âServiceâ). Please read them carefully before you create an account.
1. Acceptance
By creating an account, ticking the consent box or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
If you use the Service on behalf of a studio, business or other organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to bind it to these Terms; âyouâ then includes that organisation.
2. Definitions
- âBusiness accountâ (studio): the workspace of a studio or photographer on Wedify, with its members, projects, clients, contracts, payments and galleries.
- âOwnerâ: the person who created, or holds the highest role in, a business account.
- âYour contentâ: photos, videos, text, signatures, contract templates and any data you upload to or create on the Service.
- âClient dataâ: information about your clients (names, phone numbers, emails, addresses, appointments, paymentsâŠ) that you enter into the Service.
- âGallery viewerâ: someone you share a gallery link with to view, pick or download photos.
3. Accounts and security
You must be at least 16 years old and legally able to enter into contracts to create an account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
You are responsible for keeping your password secret and for all activity under your account. Tell us at support@wedify.art straight away if you suspect unauthorised access.
The owner of a business account decides who is invited as a member and with which role, and is responsible for what the members do in that account.
4. The Wedify service
Wedify provides tools to store and deliver photos through online galleries and to manage projects, appointments, clients, service packages, contracts, payment schedules and receipts.
We may change, add or remove features to improve the Service. Where a change materially reduces the functionality of a plan you pay for, we will give you reasonable notice.
We work to keep the Service available but do not promise it will never be interrupted, for example during maintenance, upgrades or incidents at our infrastructure providers.
5. Free trial
New accounts get a free 14-day trial with every feature, with no payment card required. When the trial ends, it simply stops and nothing is charged; to keep using paid features, choose a paid plan.
Albums and data created during the trial are kept for the periods set out in the Privacy Policy, so you can download them or keep using them when you choose a plan.
6. Availability of the Service
The Service is provided over the internet; your internet connection and devices are not part of the Service. We will try to announce planned maintenance that may interrupt the Service in advance, and fix incidents as quickly as we can.
7. Paid plans, billing, renewal and refunds
Some features or storage are only available on paid plans. The price, benefits and billing period of each plan are those shown on our pricing page or in the app when you subscribe.
- Fees are paid in advance for each billing period (monthly or yearly). Plans renew automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel renewal before the renewal date.
- You may cancel renewal at any time; your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for.
- Unless required by law or stated otherwise by us, fees already paid are not refunded for unused parts of a period.
- We may change prices; new prices apply from your next billing period and we will tell you at least 30 days in advance.
- Prices may exclude value-added tax and other taxes or charges required by law; invoices are issued under Vietnamese law.
- If a payment fails, we may limit paid features after notifying you.
8. Your content
You keep all ownership of your content. Wedify claims no ownership of the photos or data you upload.
You grant Wedify a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to store, back up, process (for example to create thumbnails, previews and PDF files), display and transmit your content, only as needed to provide and protect the Service for you and the people you share with. This licence ends when the content is deleted from the Service, except for backups kept for the periods set out in the Privacy Policy.
You confirm that you hold the rights needed for your content, including copyright and, where the law requires it, the consent of the people shown in your photos, and that your content does not infringe anyone elseâs rights.
We do not use your photos to advertise Wedify or to train artificial-intelligence models without your separate consent.
9. Album links and passwords
You decide who receives an album link and whether it has a password and expiry date. Keep album passwords confidential and only send links to people who need to see them.
People you share albums with have no contract with Wedify. We cannot stop someone who has been given access from taking screenshots or saving images shown on their device, and we are not responsible for images used that way.
10. Your client data
For client data, you are the controller (you decide why and how it is processed) and Wedify is a processor acting on your behalf. We process client data only on your instructions, given through your use of the Service, and as described in the Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for having a legal basis to collect client data and enter it into the Service (for example your clientsâ consent or the performance of your contract with them), for informing your clients as required by law, and for handling their requests to exercise their rights. The Service helps you with functions to view, correct, export and delete data.
11. Acceptable use
You must not use the Service to:
- Upload, store or share illegal content, including child sexual abuse material, intimate images shared without consent, violent or hateful content, or content that breaks Vietnamese law.
- Infringe the copyright, image rights, privacy or other rights of others.
- Send spam, commit fraud or impersonate others.
- Gain unauthorised access to, probe, interfere with, overload or disable the Service, or get around access limits.
- Copy, reverse-engineer, resell or commercially exploit the Service without our written consent.
We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules and cooperate with competent authorities as required by law.
12. Contract templates and reference material
Contract templates, payment schedule templates, receipts and other sample content provided by Wedify are for reference only and are not legal, tax or accounting advice. You are responsible for reviewing, adapting and using them in a way that fits your business and the applicable law. A contract you create on Wedify is an agreement between you and your client; Wedify is not a party to it.
13. Wedifyâs intellectual property
The Service, including its software, interface, the âWedifyâ name, logo and documentation, belongs to us or our licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service under these Terms.
If you send us feedback, we may use it to improve the Service without any obligation to you.
14. Third-party services
The Service runs on infrastructure from third-party providers (such as Amazon Web Services) and may link to banks, payment gateways or other services. Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms; we are not responsible for them.
15. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Service and ask us to delete your account at any time by writing to support@wedify.art. Before deletion, download the photos and data you want to keep.
We may suspend or end your access if you seriously breach these Terms, do not pay fees when due, or when the law requires it. Except in emergencies or where the law does not allow it, we will notify you in advance and give you reasonable time to download your data.
After termination, data is deleted within the periods set out in the Privacy Policy. Terms that by their nature should survive (such as intellectual property, limitation of liability and governing law) remain in force.
16. Disclaimer
To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided âas isâ and âas availableâ. We do not warrant that it will be error-free, always available or meet every specific need you have. You should keep your own copies of important photos and data. Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights that cannot be excluded by law.
17. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Wedify is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of profit, revenue or business opportunity arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Service.
Wedifyâs total liability for all claims relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid Wedify in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
These limits do not apply to damage caused by our wilful misconduct or where the law does not allow liability to be limited.
18. Indemnity
You agree to compensate Wedify for losses and reasonable costs (including legal fees) arising from third-party claims relating to your content, the client data you enter, or your breach of these Terms or the law.
19. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. For material changes, we will notify you by email or in the app at least 30 days before they take effect. If you keep using the Service after that date, you accept the new Terms; if you do not agree, you may stop using the Service and ask us to delete your account.
20. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Disputes are first resolved through good-faith negotiation; if not resolved within 30 days, either party may bring the dispute before the competent Peopleâs Court in Vietnam. This does not take away consumer rights you have under the law of the country where you live.
21. General
If any provision is found invalid, the rest remain in force. Our failure to enforce a right is not a waiver of it. You may not transfer your rights and obligations under these Terms without our consent; we may transfer them to a successor in a reorganisation or merger, with notice to you. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and Wedify about the Service.
